These terms govern your use of vizlow.com and the messages and services provided by Vizlow LLC ("Vizlow", "we", "us"). By using the site, booking a call or communicating with us, you agree to them.
Text message program terms
Program. Vizlow Conversations: replies to your questions, booking confirmations, call reminders and follow-ups, sent by Vizlow LLC from a US number.
Consent. You opt in by ticking the consent box on our opt-in form at vizlow.com/text, by giving us your mobile number when booking a call, by replying to a message from us, or by asking us to text you. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your conversation and bookings. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and nothing further unless you text us again or reply START.
Help. Reply HELP or email will@vizlow.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and most US carriers.
Privacy. How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and opt-in data are not shared with third parties for marketing.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful business purposes. Do not scrape it, attempt to break it, or misrepresent who you are when you contact us.
Booking a call
Booking a call is free and does not obligate you to buy anything. Please cancel or reschedule through the link in your confirmation if your plans change.
Our services
Paid services are governed by the proposal or agreement you sign with us. If those documents conflict with these terms, the signed document controls.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, design and images belong to Vizlow LLC or its licensors. Client logos and names appear with permission and belong to their owners.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided as is. We make no warranty that it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, Vizlow LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our messages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County.
