Vizlow LLC ("Vizlow", "we", "us") helps businesses find, reach and book the right customers. This policy explains what we collect when you visit vizlow.com, book a call with us, reply to us, or work with us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number, company, role and anything you write in a form, email, text or call.
- Booking details when you schedule a call through our Cal.com page: the time you pick, your time zone and your answers to the booking questions.
- Business information about your company that you share with us or that is publicly available, so we can prepare for a conversation.
- Usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location from your IP address, collected by our hosting provider for security and performance. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and have the conversation you asked for.
- To confirm, remind you about and follow up on calls you book with us.
- To deliver the services you hire us for and to send recaps, proposals and reports.
- To keep our systems secure and improve how we work.
Text messages (SMS)
How you opt in. You agree to receive text messages from Vizlow LLC when you tick the consent box on our opt-in form at vizlow.com/text, give us your mobile number while booking a call, reply to a message from us, or ask us to text you.
What we text. Replies to your questions, booking confirmations, reminders before a call, and follow-ups after a call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email will@vizlow.com.
No third-party marketing. Mobile information, including your phone number and text-message consent (opt-in) data, will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers who deliver our messages, as described below.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with providers that run parts of our operation under contract: scheduling (Cal.com), email and text delivery (Instantly, Twilio), video calls and call recording (Google Meet, Fireflies), our database and hosting (Supabase, Vercel), and payment and proposal tools. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
Call recording
Calls with us may be recorded and transcribed so we can prepare accurate recaps and proposals. You will be told when a call is being recorded and can ask us not to.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and conversation records for as long as we have a business relationship or a reasonable prospect of one, and as needed to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it: email will@vizlow.com.
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP. Opt out of emails using the link in any email or by replying "unsubscribe".
- If you are in California, the EU or the UK, you have additional rights under the CCPA, GDPR and UK GDPR, including access, deletion and the right to object. We honor these for everyone.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you believe your information has been compromised.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on this page.
